M同学是和我去年9月份出去的学生W一个地方的，母亲是好友，当时俩孩子一起办理留学，不过当时M家里给他找的是北京另一所机构，最终没有办成，看到W的申请结果很好，于是辗转委托我们来办理留学申请事宜。转学生和新生的招生差别在于学校会很重视转学生已经修过的大学的课程类别以及成绩，学生在这个方面没有太大优势，所在学校也比较一般，但是学生经历过一次申请失败后，仍然希望去到好大学，我尽量在控制风险的基础上选了工科很好的大学。OSU这所学校由于申请人巨多，在和学校联系过程中感觉录取办公室真是忙不过来，另外还总是今天缺这明天又说不缺，如此反复，我们和学校通过邮件、晚上打电话沟通了很多次，终于等到了发来的录取。M说他终于有学可上了，之前他美国的朋友都开玩笑似的笑他怎么还待在国内还没出去。

Transfer credit evaluation: If you submitted a transcript(s) from your previous institution(s) to be evaluated for transfer credit，you can view your Transfer Credit Report  by going to http://registrar.osu.edu and clicking on Transfer Credit.In addition，you will find detailed  information regarding  how to interpret your transfer  credit rcport，the types of transfer  credit awarded，and a Iisting of thc dcpartmental transfer  credit coordinators.

Provisional admission: If you 5till need to submit final educational documents (for example，transcripts or marksheets) or have outstanding fees due，they wíll be listed below. If you have 110 provisíons，the word "none" will appear.
