项目背景 Program Background


为何华为“黑名单”事件会引起全球相关产业链的震荡?为何射频前端模拟芯片被誉为“皇冠上的明珠”,关乎通信企业的生存还是停摆?这与通信系统有何干系?5G手机的蓬勃发展意味着什么?

自1983年*部手机问世以来,移动通信已走过近40年的风风雨雨。截至2018年,移动通讯市场规模已达430亿美元。2019年,手机用户体量高达51亿,5G手机也走入大众的视野。

天线通常位于无线通讯系统*前端,是实现稳定、快速地连接的关键,特别在多径效应严重、频谱拥塞频繁、存在近场电磁干扰的恶劣无线环境中尤为如此。

项目将在英国G5*终身教授指导下进行,旨在帮助学生构建天线设计技能,为学生在充满机遇和挑战的5G无线通信领域深造和求职奠定坚实的基础。

Why will the Huawei "blacklist" incident cause the shock of the global industry chain? Why is the RF front-end analog chip known as the "pearl in the crown", related to the survival of communications companies or shutdowns? What does this have to do with the communications system? What does the boom in 5G phones mean?

Since the first mobile phone came out in 1983, mobile communication has gone through nearly 40 years of ups and downs. As of 2018, the mobile communications market has reached $43 billion. In 2019, the number of mobile phone users reached 5.1 billion, and 5G mobile phones have also entered the public's field of vision.

Antennas are usually located at the forefront of wireless communication systems, and are the key to achieve stable and fast connections, especially in harsh wireless environments with serious multipath effects, frequent spectrum congestion, and near-field electromagnetic interference.

The project will be conducted under the guidance of tenured professors at G5 universities in the UK, and aims to help students build antenna design skills, laying a solid foundation for students to pursue further study and job hunting in the 5G wireless communication field full of opportunities and challenges.

学生将在项目中学习天线、抗阻宽带、天线阵、数值建模、印刷天线、天线评估和测量、5G及后5G时代的天线趋势等知识,同时利用CST Studio Suite 3D电磁模拟和分析软件完成天线设计。学生将在项目结束时设计5G毫米波天线,提交项目报告,完成成果展示。

Students will learn about antennas, resistance broadband, antenna arrays, numerical modeling, printed antennas, antenna evaluation and measurement, and antenna trends in the 5G and post-5G era, while utilizing CST Studio Suite 3D electromagnetic simulation and analysis software to complete antenna design. At the end of the project, the students will design the 5G millimeter wave antenna, submit the project report, and complete the achievement display.
